there are 2,4 Million orphans in Uganda alone !!!
African children, who own nothing,
Eating no ice-cream,
Are showing to mankind
The way to be who we are:
Free and Loving creatures.
While
the beast awakens ...
The beast awakens,
that which kills and bites,
that which crushes flowers
in the twilight.
The beast awakens,
but will not show face,
it remains hidden
behind an overt smile.
The beast awakens,
craving to quarrel,
igniting the fire,
readying its weapons.
The beast awakens,
it is ready,
to defend its castle,
to defend its soul.
