Slow Food concept

The idea is that each neighborhood could have access to fresh 'human grade food' locally prepared from local products as mush as possible in a traditional way. Professional kitchen could be created that would not use improper raw materials for cooking neither wrong ways of cooking. Such kitchens could provide at the counter ready dishes for individuals, families, school children, workers, plus a kind of delivery for regular orders. 

Features in bulk: filtered water, no linoleic products, no sugar, no fry cooking, no PFAS, lots of vegetables ... You know better.

Such a move would contribute to promote a relative food autonomy from the giants. It would also promote local employment, raise the local mood and the sense of unity.

No more Fast Foods ! Yeah, eating quickly bad food has helped a lot for our present degenerate behavior. 

I have eaten fish in Fethiye, Turkey, at a place where in the middle of a vast courtyard, you go and choose your fish after having chosen a restaurant among the ones around the center, where to your fish will be brought and cooked and taken to your place ... Straight from fisherman to customer.

What is the goal ? For humanity to conquer its freedom from oppressive powers. Freedom means independence. Not independence of the state but independence of the individual, the family, the local collectivity. 

Technological progress has enslaved us no less because we beg a living from central powers, public  and private, industrial and commercial. People are plugged to the state and to the corporations (that are interconnected).

We must unplug ourselves from central dispatchers of material life and their controllers. We must live by ourselves and for ourselves. We must begin to reconquer local independence and any move toward this goal is a win.

There already are worldwide many people who have started off grid projects and this is great (see at Workaway.info for examples). But we are talking of the big picture where we are trapped in the criminal driven tech-society in a deeper and deeper assistantship. We must regain our particularities, our differences, natural and cultural, our independency together with solidarity, exchange, real progress toward a better world by becoming better human beings !

Producing locally and consuming locally is a key for raising up sustainable collectivities. We have become a people that is, in the 'West' mostly, "Tech-dependent", that is living in stress conditions, morally and physically. We must cure ourselves together or never.

Society is the water of growing individuals and, if the water is dirty, no individual can become healthy. The work to be done is to renew the water all together. There is no other way. Technology must be reduced in private and industrial use. Sharing goods (cars) and tasks, repairing instead of throwing away, taking care of our gardens and stop sending rockets in space, banning petrol stations from inhabited areas, planting trees and gardens in towns, well ...

Everything needs to be done because this is a new dawn, you know ?

Man, what a hope !!!

A 'Man's world' ...

And remember what La Boétie said :

"Stop serving the tyrant and you are free !"

Let's remind here what has been one of the greatest thought of man, an epitath on the grave of his friend Chingachgook by Natty Bumppo:

"His faults were those of an Indian, and his virtues those of a man" ...

Meaning: most of the wrongs a man perpetrates derives from society, most of the good one does comes from the inside since society has never been what it ought to be. Some see that quote as a predication of white superiority, I do not and I do not believe Cooper did either.

By the way, the madness of electrical vehicles is beginning to drain all the world's resources for building batteries while batteries should be devoted most exclusively to store solar power in poor places of the world !!
