Parsley, a natural cancer fighter

Flavonoids possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities through multiple mechanisms, including inducing cancer cell death in breast, colorectal and prostate cancers as well as inhibiting malignant cell proliferation in various types of cancer.

Common oral squamous cell cancers are found in the mouth, pharynx and esophagus. In a study of mice with tobacco smoke toxin-induced oral cancer, the group given 5% dietary black raspberry had significantly lower levels of DNA damage in the oral cavity and oral tumors decreased from 70% to 46.7%.

Anti-apoptotic and pro-inflammatory biomarkers for oral cancer were significantly reduced following freeze-dried black raspberry powder oral administration in a daily dissolvable lozenge for approximately two weeks in 30 patients who had been diagnosed with oral cancer and were scheduled for oral surgery.

In a carcinogen-induced study of oral cancer in hamster cheek pouches, hamsters were topically treated with freeze-dried black raspberry solution for 12 weeks and had significantly reduced multiplication of squamous cancer cells (41%), tumors (37%) and cell proliferation rate (nearly 7%), showing its prevention potential for oral cancer in humans.

In a trial of 20 Barrett's esophagus patients administered black raspberries, either 32 grams (g) or 45 g for six months, the black raspberry treatment significantly reduced lipid peroxidation -- linked to oxidative stress and free radical damage and significantly increased GST-pi levels, a marker of detoxification -- in 55% of the subjects, thus being helpful in preventing progression to esophagus cancer.

Freeze-dried black raspberries, and their components of anthocyanins and protocatechuic acid, were administered to carcinogen-induced esophageal cancer rats and all three treatments were found to inhibit the cancer by decreasing the proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and increasing immune cell trafficking into the tumor tissues.

However, they don't divide, and researchers have found higher numbers of senescent cells in older adults with chronic disease. The study that used a combination of dasatinib and quercetin was performed in Rochester, Minnesota, by the Mayo Clinic researchers.

 

The team engaged participants who had diabetes-related kidney disease. James Kirkland, Ph.D., was the senior author. He talked about senescent cells and the importance of the research on a range of human illnesses:20 

“Senescent cells can develop in all mammals in response to disease, injury, or cancerous mutations. Senolytic drugs do not interfere with generation of senescent cells, which could lead to cancer. However, once formed, senescent cells can contribute to developing cancers, multiple other diseases, and consequences of aging.

 

By targeting senescent cells with senolytics in mice, we can delay, prevent, or treat multiple diseases and increase health and independence during remaining years of life. As we increase our understanding of these drugs and their effects, we hope there may be benefits for a range of human diseases and disorders.” 

Historically, cellular senescence was thought to be irreversible. Senescent cells are resistant to apoptosis. This mechanism of programmed cell death protects against the development of cancer.

 

Senescent cells have also lost their ability to proliferate. There is a multifunctional nature of cellular senescence that has a greater effect than tumor suppression. It may also be involved in wound healing, tissue repair and visible signs of aging. 

Your body uses apoptosis to remove damaged cells harmed through injury or disease. However, as cells become resistant to apoptosis, it can contribute to a weakened immune system. Scientists at UC San Francisco have been investigating alternatives to senolytic therapies by approaching it from an immunotherapy standpoint. 

They have been researching invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells which function as a surveillance system. When these become less active with age, it can also lead to a reduction in function to eliminate cells with irreparable DNA damage. Using this alternative pathway, scientists found that by removing senescent cells through an activation of iNKT cells they could affect positive change on diabetes and lung fibrosis.

Absolute kingdoms were not absolute at all when put in balance with today democracies. Education was in the hands of the priests. most of the kingdom was ruled by proxies and even some parts of it had some independance, so much so that some cities were entirely out of the reach of kings.

But, the principle has always been the same since human beings thrive on earth. Rulers and ruled. You would say that these two kinds of people are different, shouldn't they be ? Not so ! They are exactly of  the same brand: the materialistic one that does not acknoledge any superior 'force' but theirs.

They believe that they are their own masters. They are two sides of the same coin. Anarchists in theory (neither God nor master), voluntary slaves in practice. Slaves of their illusion, the belief in their own power, be it from above to down or from down to above.

If you are pessimistic about the human race, I am a million times more than you are. But I do believe in a superior force that has once shown that it can save mankind of its endemic flaw and that alone keeps me hoping, nothing else.

See, in my last but one post, I revealed the dark side of flags and you know what ? This is now in Israel the period of the year when flags sprout like mushrooms. WHO IS PHARAOH IN OUR DAYS ?

money and taxes, all sides of life did they rule for their own local profit.

England at the request of the Rotschilds had become the first country to change that
in giving the ultimate decision making to a parlement. Then, they instituted the
so-called freedom of trade in order to establish their banking power, the Rotschilds'
that is, all over the world through limited but multiple foreign implants.

Then, came the English industrial revolution and the draining of the countryside
to fill the new cities with workers that would be the new slaves of the 19th century.
(read Dickens). Then again, they financed the European kings one against the others
and came the 20th century ...

With the French example of 1789 and that of culling the head of the most powerful king
of the time, at least in prestige and royal roots, the Rotschilds directed both America and
Russia to eliminate the remaining kingdom of old and replace them with republics where
the power goes to the state laws and no more to the aristocracy.

There is no more need of a global Sheriff. The Anglo-Saxon reign has come to the end after two centuries of world dominance, to the sorrow of England and America. The arm race has been won by Russia, without surprise for those in the know, and it is now some time that China, oops, the People’s Republic of China is the world engine of material goods production and the currency over loaded belly. They are ruled by Jesuits (China) and Chabad (Russia) from whom the Orthodox church receives its marching orders.

 And behind the veils, you not only find the Black Pope, the City, the Deep State or whatever but Bill Gates, Bezos & co that are small players to cover the front news. The real and only power is hidden and well in the Heartland, the Nuremberg, Frankfurt Munich triangle where Google street view has no access …

I am particularly puzzled that no alternative news has offered this picture of reality that a freelance thinker like mine is able to decipher so much easily !!!

Nations like religions like politics are empty illusory criminal concepts. Although individual who view their appurtenance in groups as positive and enlightening choices, the math doesn’t apply to the outcome.

Nations like religions like politics become as soon as they exist tyrannical powers detrimental to the very people who casted their vote for them. (Corporations are but a byproduct of that deviant state of mind)

Man is born to be a family leader. Alas, this is too much and too little for him. Being a family leader implies taking one’s responsibility, being a role model, a teacher, a serviceman, and all this and much more is too much for him as he views the family unit as a petty, restricted space to develop his pride of thinking of himself as a great man. Man sees the group as the natural place to engage his faith and his talent into. The group, the bigger the better, is where he belongs to because a place in a group rewards his dreams of greatness. Better being the servant of a universal leader than being himself a leader in a small place. In the first case, all honors with no responsibility as in the second, all responsibilities with no honor, no collective honor to be precise.

In order to fulfill his ‘folie des grandeurs’, man will create one after the other unreal bodies destined to give him the illusion of belonging to a greater reality than that of the only one in town, his family. They created nations, they created religions, they created national and world events of sports, they created an infinity of networks, of clans, of mafias, of … Madness !!! Total madness.

Then so, after having delegated his true power as a family leader, not only man has lost it but he didn’t gain any other since all these groups change all the time, fight one another taking along in their fall all that had become identified to their fates.

The best example is that of the Hebrew people at the time of the prophet Schmuel when they wanted to become a nation and desired a king. This folly sealed the beginning of their disappearance as a natural and united people ...

There is no social world order but there is a natural one which should become the only game in town. The natural world order begins and ends with the family. Every family should be sovereign, have its land and its duties. The families should meet together on a local level to run the common interests. If all the might deployed for the management of nations and armies, religions and politics were employed to create, develop and run local life as it should be, the earth would become the paradise for the human species as it is intended to be.

Today, with modern technologies, local life is possible. Solar power, hydroponics, 3D printing … for the independence of local communities and internet, drones, phones, cars (yes, still worth the game if levels of tech involved and perfs as well as numbers are reduced) … for the relationship between families and local communities.

Unfortunately, many people feel the illusion but cannot resolve themselves to quit as it is the most powerful drug of man's mind: who would accept to get back to his kitchen and just care for a wife and kids, plant his salads and wait for some rain ?
