"The Forum of Young GlobalLeaders accelerates solutions to global challenges through new models of public-private
cooperation. We build bridges across sectors, regions, and ideologies to
establish trust that transcends current divides. We invest in learning to help
leaders deepen their understanding of key challenges facing our planet and
humanity. We share their stories to illuminate what leadership could, and
should, look like across the world. For over 15 years, the YGLs have inspired
and mobilized change throughout the world.
The Forum of Young
Global Leaders mobilizes leaders and accelerates impact to shape a more
inclusive and sustainable future. Our ambition is to create a world where leaders
take personal and collective responsibility for a more sustainable future.

In a few words, according to the above, humanity has failed and needs a a general master to tell it what to do and how to behave. This global authority will rely on national and local agents devoted to its cause who will take care of the divided and disorganized people and coerce it to follow the right road.
This is being achieved through a 'public-private' cooperation that is a myth since governments that should constitute the 'public' part and represent the people are already the agents of the global new normal. This 'cooperation' is reduced to a direct "masters' representatives"-private game where the 'private' part is no less devoted than the 'public' one to the interests of the masters.
The 'collective responsibility' that must rely on the people exclusively, that is its natural and unbreakable property, and which ought to be represented by the governments is hijacked by these new leaders who obey to their master for the people's own good, as they believe.
But this is a big mistake. I don't say that they cannot create such leaders. They already do. What I say is that relying on a 'leading ladder' from up to down is contrary to life, to evolution. Nearly all the great leaders came from down and their enlightenment went from down to up. Socrates, Einstein were not groomed by anyone. An up to down leading can only lead to disasters, as we sadly witness ever since and more so in our days. True leaders were too often vilified during their life to become revered long after because they were fighting both the top-down leaders and the prejudices of the people.
This image was circulating in a California school where the parents asked for its removal. But, the problem with this image is not that it is insulting or racist but that it is wrong. Look at the leaders of the international institutions, of the Supreme Court, of the Coca-Cola ads, and read Henry Makow ...
