The Caribbean have been hard hit by the so-called corona. India also, and everywhere the poorest, while some others are taking holidays in space.
Where are you, you people who fought against apartheid now that apartheid is global,
now that all races are under the same boot, the white boot from the cold ?
Must fight !
And not against beasts, for two reasons:

Arendt found Eichmann an ordinary, rather bland, bureaucrat,
who in her words, was ‘neither perverted nor sadistic’, but ‘terrifyingly

career in the Nazi bureaucracy. Eichmann was not an amoral monster, she
concluded in her study of the case, Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the
Banality of Evil (1963). Instead, he performed evil deeds without evil
intentions, a fact connected to his ‘thoughtlessness’, a disengagement from the
reality of his evil acts. Eichmann ‘never realized what he was doing’ due to an
‘inability… to think from the standpoint of somebody else’. Lacking this
particular cognitive ability, he ‘commit[ted] crimes under circumstances that
made it well-nigh impossible for him to know or to feel that he [was] doing
wrong’.
Now, it is not that important to know if that multi murderer was aware of his crimes, or not. Fact is he was a good family man, a good worker, a day-to-day fellow with a bright smile, your very neighbor, could it not ???

the governments and the municipalities,
both of them accountable bodies, for the sake of all of us, even those that abide by the diktat:
. stop the medical apartheid enforced by the government and the municipalities
. control of the working conditions in the private sector*
. a cleaner environment, air we breath (Beijing ...), water we drink (Flint ...), food we eat
. rehab of old neighborhoods
. interdiction of petrol stations in inhabited areas
...

*I know someone who's presently working in a place with a kitchen. There are some twelve cooks and three black men doing the washing ... from nine am to twelve pm, sleeping in a shelter room where the two last months the temperature was around 40°C, believe it ? Got the pics !!!
The last 'natural' human beings do not want our 'civilized' world while knowing it, too much already from far away. In some places, there remain such tribes, in the Amazon, in India, in Africa and the Far East.
The West men have become tech slaves, upon all. We need to restraint ourselves. Who needs a SUV able of 140 mph when the average speed is 30/40 ? Run your car longer and give money to the local mechanics, not to bank interests !

USA : still burning ...
The two big ones that could and should have done something, well, did nothing or so.
Greece, Turkey, Algeria did what they could and stopped the flames.
Are Putin & Biden not accountable for such disasters ?
Well, for Russia it is deliberate while the USA had to retreat from Afghanistan, during which a guy saved 200 pets, cats and dogs, what a warm heart isn't he ?
