MOSCOW DOWN WIND FROM CHERNOBYL FOREST FIRE

Moscow is today right downwind from the Chernobyl forest fires but,

the day before yesterday, the wind was blowing east/south-east 

and it was Minsk, Vilnius & Warsaw ...
